Hello and welcome to Our Redeemer Lutheran Childcare! My name is Janelle Flintrop. I have been in childcare since 1996. I have worked with all ages of children. I came from a large center in New Berlin, where I was the Assistant Director. My qualifications include; Early Childhood 1 & 2, Center Administrator, Program Director 1, infant/toddler, school age, first aid/CPR training. I love working in the office because I get to see and help all of the children in the center. Children are an important part of my life and it is exciting to me to see them all grow up! I believe that quality care is important from day 1 and am happy to be at a center that provides this for all ages. I would like everyone to feel welcome and to know that the office door is always open. Please feel free to stop in at any time!

My husband Matt and I have been married coming up 10 years. We have been together since high school. We also have 3 children. Rhiannon is 6, Korynne is 3 and Austin is 1. I am originally from Waukesha, but moved out to East Troy after I got married. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, horseshoes, shopping, Brewers games, and spending time with my family.
